About shipping
Your total shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout together with the total sum of the products you have selected. For addresses located in Remote Areas and Extended Remote Areas (as defined by the carrier), free shipping is not applicable.
Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped from our warehouse in California and delivered to your location via UPS.
We currently offer the following UPS delivery options:
- UPS Ground – The guaranteed time for delivery is 1-5 business days after the package has left our warehouse and each shipment will include tracking information. The package will require an Adult Signature* upon delivery for some states and we offer no deliveries to PO Boxes.
- UPS SurePost – A package shipped with UPS SurePost is estimated to be delivered 4-8 business days after it has been sent and all parcels can be tracked online with a tracking number.
- UPS 2nd Day Air – This shipping option has an estimated delivery time of 2 business days after the package leaves the warehouse. For packages shipped with UPS 2nd Day Air, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel. The package will require an Adult Signature* upon delivery for some states, no deliveries to PO Boxes.
*The states below are charged an additional shipping fee and require a UPS Adult Signature upon delivery.

We actively work on adding more shipping alternatives for our customers, to ensure that each valued customer can choose an alternative that best suits their needs.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Our warehouse operates Monday-Saturday with the exception of national public holidays. It is our ambition and goal to ship all orders within 24 hours after payment has been received and accepted. However, delays can occur if we are waiting for a product to be re-stocked or if there is order information that needs to be updated by the customer.
Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a separate email from UPS containing your tracking number and information on where you can trace your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is important be meticulous when providing a shipping address for your order – always double check the information before completing your order! This is because if a shipment has left our warehouse with an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered. No refunds or re-ships will be issued for faulty addresses.
If you do notice a mistake on your address while we are processing your order, please rush to drop us an email at support@pouchesdirect.shop so that we, hopefully, can alter it before it leaves our warehouse.
